Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of minimum 15 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within this period from the date of shipment for any defective product.
- Return Shipping Costs: You agree to pay for return shipping for exchanges and returns. This cost will be reimbursed upon verification of a defect in the product.
- Replacement or Repair: Damaged products will be replaced or repaired free of cost, with shipping prepaid by us.
- Refund: If the product is out of stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.
Warranty Exclusions: No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to:
- Misuse
- Static discharge
- Neglect or accident
- Modification
- Soldering or alteration
Procedure for Exchanges
- Send photos of the damaged product to us at student.engg7@gmail.com.
- Our team will assess the damage and determine the best course of action (exchange or return).
- If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
100% Refund/Replacement Policy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality items as listed on our website. To protect customers from:
- Shipping damage
- Item mismatch
- Missing parts
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to report complaints via email to student.engg7@gmail.com.
Steps for Refund/Replacement:
- Submit the issue details by email.
- Our technical team will visually verify the issue and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Once the defective product is received, it will be inspected, and replacement items will be sent prepaid.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.
Refund Exclusions: Warranty is void if the product has been:
- Misused
- Neglected
- Subject to static discharge or accidents
- Modified, soldered, or altered
Please note: Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control policy, we do not allow order cancellations or returns without valid reasons. IPESP Development Solution reserves the right to make the final decision on refund requests.
Return Guidelines
- If we confirm the product cannot be repaired remotely (e.g., via TeamViewer), we will issue an RMA Number.
- Clearly mention the RMA Number on the shipping box.
- Do not write anything on the product’s original packaging.
- Include a copy of the original invoice with your shipment.
- Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
Limits of Responsibility
IPESP Development Solution is not responsible for improper installation of products. Electrical polarity must be strictly observed during installation.
